This Silence Holds a Story
A Sanctuary for Women Reclaiming Voice
Through Story, Ritual, and Quiet Rebellion
Step with me into the quiet, the still space.
Not the quiet that silences, but the quiet that listens.
Where stories aren’t forced; they emerge from the spaces between grief and healing.
Between who you were told to be and who you actually are.
Here, we honor every story that was buried beneath shame, fear, or forgetting.
This space was born to hold you, to witness you as you write what was never supposed to be written.
Welcome.
Writing isn’t always gentle.
It can frustrate, exhaust, unravel.
If it doesn’t stir something unbearable, perhaps you haven’t yet touched the truth.
To write your story is to offer your breath, your boundaries, your becoming.
Writing is more than a creative exercise, more than an opportunity to express your desires and beliefs.
It should yield more than a product such as a book or a newsletter.
Writing is a process of self-discovery, one that demands you examine your ideas, reflect on the why of your beliefs, explore your questions in depth, and examine (closely) your assumptions.
Writing should teach you something about yourself.
As we write, we become.
The Story Carrier Movement focuses on the process of birthing stories and the development of skills for inviting stories to appear and unfold in our lives.
Be part of a supportive circle of women who will help you regain your Sovereign Voice.
My mission is to walk alongside you to help you make stories visible in your life.
I’m Jane. The writer who created
the Story Carrier Movement.

Silence is not empty.
Like a forest filled with trees, silence is full of stories shaped by generations of erasure, obedience, and resilience.
But also, stories that can be rewritten, re-voiced, re-lived.
In this space, I use storytelling as a form of reclamation.
Sign up for my newsletter to reclaim your words through writing prompts guided reflections, and upcoming workshops.
